Sky Bistro and Cafe is a restaurant and coffee bar located inside the Saskatchewan Science Centre (2903 Powerhouse Drive), with an emphasis on local, organic seasonal ingredients. Sustainability plays a big role in everything they do, from reducing waste and their carbon footprint, to being part of the Ocean Wise program and supporting local farmers. Sky Cafe & Bistro brings fresh, seasonal, exciting cuisine to the local table!
Skye also offers cooking classes for the complete novice (including kids) to the food expert.
