- Reinstate permanent storm drain infrastructure
- Remove pumps and sump pit from Wascana Centre
- Landscape Wascana Centre around Speakers Corner
- Improve walking paths around Speakers Corner for increased accessibility
- Improve drainage for pedestrian tunnel under Albert Street
